Patricia McClure

Patricia McClure lives in the wet, green Pacific Northwest. When not writing, she loves to research family history, dabble in art, and garden. She volunteers as an Oblate of St. Martin’s Abbey, is a retired counselor, and owns a boutique daycare. She is a parent, grandparent, and great-grandparent.

When she first started writing this series, she was in the middle of a personal crisis and writing was a way of healing. The theme that men can raise children also weighed heavily on her heart. If it weren’t for her belief in families, the unlikely family of monks at St. Alberic’s Abbey raising a child could not have blossomed into the Benediction of Paul series.
